Krishca is from the Philippines, she specialises in HIIT group classes, she guarantees that she will always give every session a 110% and brings that high octane vibe.

Jacqui is always chasing for something electrifying in life and during a time where she needed to focus on the wellbeing of her mind and body, she found indoor cycling and that’s where she started her fitness journey and passion for teaching group fitness. She is a PICP I, FRC-Ms certified coach.

James was born and raised in Hong Kong and has been in the fitness industry for the past 4 consecutive years working as a trainer and athlete. He had the opportunity to showcase his hard work at the Global Classic Body Building competition in December 2020 and placed second. James is hard working, disciplined and committed to developing himself physically and mentally, therefore an exceptional example for others who want to reach their own fitness goals.
