Frequently Asked Questions

The 12-week HYROX program kicks off on September 1st. For the full experience, it’s best to start then. However, you can join anytime between September 1st and October 28th, which is just 4 weeks before HYROX on November 24th.

Yes, we can pair you up with a partner who has similar strength and goals, so you can conquer HYROX together. We can discuss it at the gym.

Of course! We are beginner-friendly! We welcome individuals of all fitness levels. Our team of experienced coaches is dedicated to supporting you throughout your fitness journey, no matter where you’re starting from. In our weighting classes, you can begin with lighter weights or even choose not to use any weights at all. In our cardio classes, while our coaches will motivate and challenge you to give it your best effort, you have the freedom to go at a pace that suits you.

The running class is part of our regular schedule and is marked as an outdoor session on MindBody. It’s designed to help you build endurance and improve your running technique.

By signing up for the HYROX program, you gain access to all classes specifically tailored for HYROX training. Please refer to the schedule above for available sessions. Note that spots are limited, and classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

No, there is a minimum 4-week commitment. This commitment is designed to help you achieve better results through consistent training.
