Booking policy

No show & late cancellation.

Spaces are small, so when you book a spot it is held just for you. Here is exactly how cancellations and no-shows work.

Group classes
3 hours

Minimum notice to cancel without a strike.

Personal training
24 hours

Minimum notice to cancel a session.

No-show

  • If you do not attend a booked class and fail to cancel within the required notice period, this will be considered a no-show.
  • A HK$150 no-show fee will be applied, as the spot could have been given to another member.

Late cancellation

  • Group classes require a minimum of 3 hours’ notice.
  • Personal training sessions require 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made after this window will be treated as a late cancellation and the session will not be credited back.
  • Late cancellations will also count towards the 3-strike rule.

3-strike rule

  • 3 late cancellations and/or no-shows within a rolling 30-day period will result in a 7-day booking ban.
  • All upcoming classes during this period may be cancelled.
  • The ban can be lifted early with a HK$899 revoke fee.

ENDURANCE CLASSES

Our Endurance classes are structured to improve your pacing, lactic threshold and ability to sustain effort under fatigue. That means smoother runs, better recovery between stations, and no drop-off halfway through the race.

RUN CLUB

Our Run Club builds your pacing, running efficiency, and confidence across distances. So race day runs feel controlled, not burnt out or out of breath.

Race SIMULATION

Our Race Simulation puts you through the full HYROX flow. Transitions, pacing, skills, rules and penalties basically everything you need to know. So nothing feels new on the Race Day.
 

STRENGTH CLASSES

 Our Strength classes aren’t random workouts. They’re structured to make you stronger week by week.
That means more power on sleds, better efficiency on lunges, and less fatigue across the race.
