A Hong Kong native, fitness has always been a passion of Christian’s life and now his career for over two years. He loves engaging with people who want to improve their own lives, especially through fitness. In doing so, he’s helped his clients reach their body aspirations while encouraging them to maintain a positive attitude to a healthy lifestyle, motivating them to push toward their fitness goals.

Our Endurance classes are structured to improve your pacing, lactic threshold and ability to sustain effort under fatigue. That means smoother runs, better recovery between stations, and no drop-off halfway through the race.

Our Run Club builds your pacing, running efficiency, and confidence across distances. So race day runs feel controlled, not burnt out or out of breath.

Race SIMULATION

Our Race Simulation puts you through the full HYROX flow. Transitions, pacing, skills, rules and penalties basically everything you need to know. So nothing feels new on the Race Day.

 Our Strength classes aren’t random workouts. They’re structured to make you stronger week by week.
That means more power on sleds, better efficiency on lunges, and less fatigue across the race.
