Of course! We are beginner-friendly! We welcome individuals of all fitness levels. Our team of experienced coaches is dedicated to supporting you throughout your fitness journey, no matter where you’re starting from. In our strength classes, you can begin with lighter weights or even choose not to use any weights at all. Our coaches will always make sure you feel challenged on the right level. In our cardio classes, while our coaches will motivate and challenge you to give it your best effort, you have the freedom to go at a pace that suits you.

Rescheduling: If you notify us via WhatsApp at least 4 hours in advance, we can help you reschedule your class for another time or cancel it.
