What is Strength and Conditioning?

Our Strength and Conditioning program is designed to build powerful athletes by focusing on a balanced blend of Strength, Endurance and Agility.

Whether you’re looking to improve your overall fitness, prepare for competition, or achieve a personal best, our program provides the tools and guidance you need to reach your goals.

We run this exclusive class every Saturday at 8 AM, utilizing both floors of our facility to ensure a comprehensive and dynamic workout experience.

ENDURANCE CLASSES

Our Endurance classes are structured to improve your pacing, lactic threshold and ability to sustain effort under fatigue. That means smoother runs, better recovery between stations, and no drop-off halfway through the race.

RUN CLUB

Our Run Club builds your pacing, running efficiency, and confidence across distances. So race day runs feel controlled, not burnt out or out of breath.

Race SIMULATION

Our Race Simulation puts you through the full HYROX flow. Transitions, pacing, skills, rules and penalties basically everything you need to know. So nothing feels new on the Race Day.

That means more power on sleds, better efficiency on lunges, and less fatigue across the race.
