Of course! We are beginner-friendly! We welcome individuals of all fitness levels. Our team of experienced coaches is dedicated to supporting you throughout your fitness journey, no matter where you’re starting from. In our weighting classes, you can begin with lighter weights or even choose not to use any weights at all. In our cardio classes, while our coaches will motivate and challenge you to give it your best effort, you have the freedom to go at a pace that suits you.
You can sign up for free classes through the MindBody app. Simply select the class you want to attend and book your spot. Remember, spaces are limited, so book early!
Yes, in order to benefit from the offer, you will need to create an account on Mind Body. It’s a quick and easy process that will only take you around 2 minutes. Simply click on “Create a profile” and fill in the required information in the form provided.

ENDURANCE CLASSES

Our Endurance classes are structured to improve your pacing, lactic threshold and ability to sustain effort under fatigue. That means smoother runs, better recovery between stations, and no drop-off halfway through the race.

RUN CLUB

Our Run Club builds your pacing, running efficiency, and confidence across distances. So race day runs feel controlled, not burnt out or out of breath.

Race SIMULATION

Our Race Simulation puts you through the full HYROX flow. Transitions, pacing, skills, rules and penalties basically everything you need to know. So nothing feels new on the Race Day.

 Our Strength classes aren’t random workouts. They’re structured to make you stronger week by week.
That means more power on sleds, better efficiency on lunges, and less fatigue across the race.
