With over a decade of experience in Group Exercise and Personal Training and a veteran hybrid athlete with over 30 completed Spartan and Hyrox races, Max is a true Spartan Warrior in the world of exercise and training. 

Max’s passion lies in sharing all his knowledge with his clients while providing the highest quality of care and support. Whether you’re striving to keep up with your energetic kids or wanting to conquer your next fitness goal or race, Max will equip you with the tools you need for these challenges.

ENDURANCE CLASSES

Our Endurance classes are structured to improve your pacing, lactic threshold and ability to sustain effort under fatigue. That means smoother runs, better recovery between stations, and no drop-off halfway through the race.

RUN CLUB

Our Run Club builds your pacing, running efficiency, and confidence across distances. So race day runs feel controlled, not burnt out or out of breath.

Race SIMULATION

Our Race Simulation puts you through the full HYROX flow. Transitions, pacing, skills, rules and penalties basically everything you need to know. So nothing feels new on the Race Day.

 Our Strength classes aren’t random workouts. They’re structured to make you stronger week by week.
That means more power on sleds, better efficiency on lunges, and less fatigue across the race.
