Yuni is very passionate about helping others feel good and finding happiness, and believes that people do better in life when they feel good about themselves! “Regular exercise isn’t just great for your body, it’s also going to help you feel happier, more optimistic and give you more energy! My favorite thing about what I do is seeing how people transform both mentally and physically when they incorporate exercise into their lifestyle.”

ENDURANCE CLASSES

Our Endurance classes are structured to improve your pacing, lactic threshold and ability to sustain effort under fatigue. That means smoother runs, better recovery between stations, and no drop-off halfway through the race.

RUN CLUB

Our Run Club builds your pacing, running efficiency, and confidence across distances. So race day runs feel controlled, not burnt out or out of breath.

Race SIMULATION

Our Race Simulation puts you through the full HYROX flow. Transitions, pacing, skills, rules and penalties basically everything you need to know. So nothing feels new on the Race Day.

 Our Strength classes aren’t random workouts. They’re structured to make you stronger week by week.
That means more power on sleds, better efficiency on lunges, and less fatigue across the race.
